Today Zack seems to be holding steady. Fortunately they're letting him rest more today, no procedures so far, which he tends to react to with dips or nosedives. They are working on reducing the amount of liquid he's retaining, and so far that is going well. They are going to start him on a new medicine tomorrow for the virus. Other good news is that his PEEP (a number related to the amount of pressure being forced into his lungs so his oxygen levels remain up) is down by two, which is a good thing. He is still extremely ill, so keep those prayers going.
